67 Malibu

This is Jim Partridge's '67 Malibu. No bondo was the demand on this project. All the body work was bumped out then filled with lead. You can see the lead in the picture above and the next one also.

Every inch of the body was stripped and zinc coated. No expense was spared for this job.

The car was then painted charcoal grey and the stripes were painted on with pure pearl paint, one purple and one red. The stripes were then taped off, the Candy Apple Burgundy Wine paint was then applied. The tape was removed from the stripes then the clear was applied inlaying the stripe into the job.
